Helen Yoder is an award winning self-taught artist in a variety of mediums such as oil, encaustic, watercolor and gouache.

Most recently she has been creating colorful pieces using natural mulberry bark paper.

Her early influence was her grandmother, a well-known artist in northern Kentucky.

Her work is currently being shown at:
- Nevada Artists Association Gallery in Carson City, Nevada
- Artists Co-op Gallery of Reno, Nevada.
